Everyone qualifies for services and supplies regardless of income. A client will pay reasonable prices for services and supplies and may be eligible for a sliding-fee scale based on income and family size.
We accept most insurances, including Medicaid (ND and MN). MyAlly Health will submit your claims for services and supplies. Co-payments are expected to be paid at the time of your appointment.

MyAlly Health provides pregnancy testing and resources. We will provide you with a list of resources in the area and a pregnancy confirmation form at a pregnancy test visit.
Pre-participation exams are required for most student athletes. We offer sports physical exams for Minnesota and North Dakota athletes.
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs), also known as sexually transmitted diseases or STDs, are very common. MyAlly Health offers testing and treatment for STIs.
MyAlly Health offers a variety of vaccines to help reduce the spread of diseases. Same-day appointments are generally available.
