Dr. Andrew Gasparini, MD | Medical Director

Board Certified Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine
Dr. Gasparini is currently employed by Altru Health Systems. He specializes in Family Medicine with Obstetrical Care.
Laura Spicer, WHNP-C | Executive Director

Laura joined the agency in 2006 as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP). She continues to serve as a Nurse Practitioner and serves as the agency’s Executive Director. Laura is continuously thinking of new ways MyAlly Health can better serve our clients and our community. When Laura isn’t in the office, you will more than likely find her and her husband at a school sporting event, cheering on one of her four children.
BethAnn Nuelle, FNP-C | Provider

BethAnn has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 17 years. She joined MyAlly Health at the beginning of 2021. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree and Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota. BethAnn loves that MyAlly Health is specialized in reproductive health! She has two daughters and one son and loves spending time with them!
Hannah Mattson | Manager of Office Operations
Hannah joined the MyAlly Health team in 2021 and serves as our Manager of Office Operations. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Communications and Psychology from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND. Hannah brings experience as an Office Manager in a busy Integrated Healthcare facility in Colorado prior to joining MyAlly Health. Hannah loves the outdoors and spends her free time camping, riding four wheelers, snowmobiling, ice fishing, hunting, playing with her dog, and spending time with her family.
Kerry Anderson, CMA (AAMA) | Administrative Manager
Kerry started at MyAlly Health in 1993 and currently serves as our Administrative Manager and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Her main duties include billing, insurance submission and clinical functions. Kerry has one son and three rescue animals (one dog, and two cats). Kerry has a passion to help animals. Over the years, she has helped foster many rescue animals until they find their new homes!
Angela Bahl, RN
Angie joined MyAlly in 2023 as a Registered Nurse. She has one son, three daughters and a granddaughter that she enjoys spending time with. Her two dogs Gus and Hazey keep her busy as well. She is looking forward to spending her weekends at the lake this summer!
Erika Hughes, CMA (AAMA)
Erika joined the MyAlly Health team in 2022. She is a Psychology major at University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. Erika brings experience from a variety of specialties, but her passion is LGBT and women’s health advocacy. Erika is originally from the east coast. Erika spends her free time with her family and enjoys traveling, watching foreign films, and hosting board game nights.
Melissa Scutchings, Office Assistant
Melissa joined MyAlly Health in 2018 as an Office Assistant. She has both medical and legal experience. Melissa was born and raised in Langdon, North Dakota, and currently resides in Grand Forks with her boyfriend and their three daughters. Melissa’s ‘free time” involves chauffeuring her daughters to their various activities. She loves the time she gets to spend with them!
